The GITEX Africa 2025 exhibition, which recently concluded in Marrakech, was the stage for the announcement of a strategic partnership between two major players in digital transformation in Morocco, aimed at further accelerating this dynamic across the African continent and strengthening the ecosystem of integrated digital solutions and digital trust services.
A Strategic Alliance Serving Digital Transformation
AfricTRUST, the first private Trust Service Provider authorized as PSCo in Morocco, has signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Prestige Digital Trust. The two companies are joining forces to develop integrated digital solutions that support digital transformation processes.
This partnership comes at a time when the pace of digital transformation is accelerating across the continent, and the need for secure and reliable solutions is becoming increasingly urgent, in response to a trend toward increasingly digitized administration and a growing digital ecosystem.
Complementary Expertise to Build a Secure Digital Future
This alliance combines the respective expertise of the two companies: integrated digital solutions and qualified electronic signatures with legal probative value.
Through this partnership, Prestige Digital Trust will be able to enhance its solutions with electronic signature services provided by AfricTRUST, covering all levels (simple, advanced, and qualified) in accordance with the new law 43-20 on digital trust services.
It should be noted that AfricTRUST is the first private company in Morocco authorized to provide digital trust services, particularly qualified electronic signatures. This position reinforces the importance of this strategic partnership and its role in developing a more reliable digital ecosystem.
Prestige Digital Trust supports organizations in their digital transformation with innovative, robust solutions adapted to each business need.
A Shared Vision to Build a Sovereign Digital Ecosystem

The leaders of both companies stated during the memorandum signing ceremony that this partnership is based on a shared vision aimed at building a safer, more seamless, and more sovereign digital future on our continent.
In this regard, Ms. Ibtissam EL BOUKHARI, Chairwoman of the Management Board of EURAFRIC INFORMATION, stated: « Our partnership with Prestige Digital Trust represents a key step in expanding the reach of electronic signature services across various digitized business processes. »
In the same context, Mr. Ismail BENMOUSSA, Managing Partner of Prestige Digital Trust, affirmed that the partnership with AfricTRUST aims to support digital transformation by integrating digital solutions and electronic signatures, which eliminates the need for physical presence of stakeholders and consequently opts in favor of significant cost reduction.
