Edukaskills: Innovative Vision for Skills Development in the Digital Era.

The curtain fell on the third edition of « GITEX Africa 2025 » in Marrakech on Wednesday, April 16th, which welcomed approximately 45,000 participants and more than 1,400 exhibitors from 130 countries. The exhibition provided an ideal platform to showcase the latest innovations in artificial intelligence and digital transformation, as well as trends that will shape the digital future of the African continent.

Among the prominent participants, Mr. Driss Rhafes, CEO and founder of Edukaskills, distinguished himself during an address delivered in the APEBI conference room, presenting an integrated vision of the role of skills development in transforming and strengthening organizations.

A Strategy with a Human Dimension

Mr. Rhafes emphasized the importance of an integrated strategy for organizations, beginning with the development of a clear and distinctive vision. « The vision must be differentiating and coherent, reflecting the true identity of the organization in all aspects of its operation, » he explained.

He stressed the importance of placing humans at the heart of this strategy, highlighting that « corporate culture must be attractive to employees, partners, and customers. » He invited the audience to deeply research the core values of organizations before joining them, warning against the risks of misalignment between personal and organizational values.

Innovation Following the Medici Model

Mr. Rhafes cited the experience of the Medici family in Florence as a historical model of innovation, through three essential stages: attracting the best experts from around the world, financing their innovative projects, and granting them the necessary trust to create.

He noted that this model led to the emergence of « intersectional innovation, » combining fields such as art, mathematics, architecture, and music, giving rise to a renaissance whose effects extended throughout Europe.

A Three-Dimensional Model

Edukaskills distinguishes itself with an integrated model combining academic and consultative aspects, focusing on three main axes:

  • Skills and Talent Development: through specialized training programs meeting market requirements. Mr. Rhafes emphasized that « the skills we develop are not just for the organization or its employees, but for the customers with whom they interact. »
  • Organizational Performance Improvement: through specialized consultations and innovative solutions helping organizations overcome challenges and achieve their objectives.
  • Market Development: through innovative strategies helping organizations grow and open new markets.

Diverse and Innovative Services

Edukaskills offers a wide range of services, including specialized training in cybersecurity, digital transformation, and leadership, professionally accredited certifications in collaboration with organizations like ISACA, interactive workshops, strategic consulting, and leadership development programs.

The company’s approach is distinguished by its emphasis on flexibility and innovation in learning, using various methods such as serious games and interactive training, with the possibility of online or on-site training.

Cybersecurity: A Strategic Specialty

Edukaskills pays particular attention to cybersecurity, positioning itself as the only accredited training and certification center in this field in the region, in collaboration with ISACA, a global leader in governance.

Mr. Rhafes highlighted the company’s ability to provide these services in Morocco and in different parts of the African continent, aligned with GITEX Africa‘s vision of supporting digital transformation on the continent.

Authentic Social Responsibility

Mr. Rhafes insisted on the importance of genuine social responsibility, criticizing the « greenwashing » practiced by some companies that « claim to engage through isolated initiatives, while lacking real commitment. »

He affirmed that Edukaskills adopts an authentic approach, reflected in its reason for being: « We exist to reveal talents, transform organizations, and build sustainable impact through learning and strategic consulting. Every energy deserves to flourish, and every organization can become an engine of progress. »

Working in an Integrated Ecosystem

Among the important points raised, Mr. Rhafes mentioned the importance of working within an integrated ecosystem, where new companies are supported by existing entities and accompanied in the development of their activities within a system of shared values.

This approach contributes to creating a positive work environment fostering innovation and collaboration, allowing organizations to meet the growing challenges of the digital era.

Future Vision

In conclusion, Mr. Rhafes reaffirmed Edukaskills‘ commitment to supporting digital transformation and capacity building in the region, combining global expertise and deep understanding of local needs.

Among the many strategic agreements concluded during the exhibition to promote digital transformation in Morocco and Africa, the Edukaskills model stands out as an example of a local organization with a global vision, actively contributing to building a more inclusive and sustainable digital future.
